Mike reported the landscaping contract with Green Thumb was due for renewal at $3,500 per month, unchanged from the prior year. Linda indicated a preference for soliciting competitive bids before approval.

MOTION: To approve the landscaping contract renewal with Green Thumb at $3,500 per month. Moved by Diane, seconded by Rob. Approved 4–1, Linda opposed.

Old Business

Carol raised the matter of pool cover bids. The board agreed to table the item until the April meeting.

Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:22 PM.
